Growing Trees, one sec ...

Pick a Winner?

Phil Dougherty here can't decide which of these 20 month old GenTreeXT loblolly pine trees he likes best.

The average 2 year old trees planted loblolly pines in the SE US are 3-5' at the end of the 2nd growing season. Above average trees are 5-7' tall at that time period. 8-10+' trees are pretty sweet; especially at a NC latitude.

How did we get here in the case of this Robeson County, NC planting? A clean harvest by Edwards Timber Company, chemical site preparation without toxicity by Red River Specialties, great GenTreeXT CMP-infused genetics delivered in a container plug, and quality planting by Superior Forestry in this case. This one was low upfront cost and will be high IRR for the investor.
